RETURNS & EXCHANGES

**Due to being a small business, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds as we do not have the space or personnel to do so.

Clothes: Exchange Policy

An exchange will be offered on clothes and accessories if it is deemed a sufficient reason e.g. Product damage, change of mind will not be granted exchange, and only for some products will sizing exchanges be allowed as in most cases we will not have stock available.

If you wish to exchange a product, please email info@cosmiclovers.com.au. The time frame for filing an exchange is within 5 days after receiving your order.

Postage for the exchange is expected to be covered by you, however postage from us to you is covered by us.

Candles: Exchange Policy

Please carefully read the information provided on product pages before you purchase.

As each candle is individually handmade, colour variations and small imperfections will happen from time to time due to the nature of the wax.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.

We go to great lengths to pack your candle safely, however if your candle has been damaged during delivery, please keep all packaging and send us an email with photos to info@cosmiclovers.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Jewellery: Exchange Policy

Due to piece being handmade for each order we do not offer returns for Jewellery pieces.

An exchange will be offered on all jewellery pieces if it is deemed a sufficient reason e.g. Product damage, change of mind will not be granted exchange. If item is deemed faulty or displays product damage, please send an email with description and photos as proof of damage or fault.

If your item has been damaged during delivery, please keep all packaging and send us an email with photos to info@cosmiclovers.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order.
